UIC promises a high degree of service, giving the Library tools to audit our efforts via the newly redesigned UIC Answers client portal. All calls are recorded and maintained for six months unless otherwise specified by the Library. The Library can access web-based reporting tools to monitor recorded calls, which can be filtered by date and nature of the call. This site provides extremely easy auditing and accountability measures for the Library. By providing such transparency, UIC guarantees the service is as promised.
